General Conditions
- Our tickets are valid for 1 day. There will be no refund for any unused portion of any tour program.
- City Sightseeing Istanbul will be under no obligation or liability for delays occurring from city traffic
or sudden strikes and for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- All times and routes maybe varied in cases of severe weather conditions or if disruption occurs
because of marches, processions etc. Whenever possible, advance notice will be given of such
occurrences but this can not be guaranteed.
- City Sightseeing Istanbul disclaims any responsibility if/when tours are cancelled if minimum
number of attendants is not provided.
- Guests are to be promptly on time at the points given by the City Sightseeing Istanbul staff or driver.
Tours will proceed without waiting the delayers.
- Please, tell your Ho-Ho point to your driver in advance.
- It's definitely forbidden to stand up on the upper deck during the tour for your own safety.
Please remain seated while the bus is moving.
- Do not lean over the guard rails on the upper deck.
- Parents are responsible for the children in keeping the regulations.
- Please protect the environment by not throwing anything out of the bus
- No smoking on our tours.
